Several new wines are now available for immediate shipment. The great 2007 growing year has resulted in an excellent 2007 vintage! We will start releasing some of our 2006 wines in the near future - sign up for our newsletter to receive pre-release dates! Prior to releasing the wines via the website, all wines have been tasted at our tasting room. People are truly enjoying all of our selections! For the Viognier wine drinkers, our 2006 Viognier will be released this summer. The 2005 Chardonnay, barrel fermented then moved to stainless steel is being highly regarded by all of the Chardonnay drinkers who have sampled it in the tasting room. Honey flavors with a citrus follow through - hmmm! We will soon be out of this wine..... The 2005 White Merlot is the wine that nobody leaves without a bottle! A blush style, slightly sweet wine, full of flavor, yet still light. Perfect for both white and red wine drinkers. This wine will be gone shortly! We took a bolder, more aggressive stance on creating our 2005 Cabernet Franc and Echo Forest Red. The colors are more intense, the flavors are bigger, yet both are smooth tasting with terrific after tastes. The goal for the '05 Echo Forest Red was to create a full flavored, well rounded Bordeaux-style red.
